(love): the Gap

i have had a soft spot for the Gap since I was little, when i used to drag my poor mother to the Yonge Street Gap Kids every weekend for a new treat (she did say yes, though, so it wasn't entirely against her will)

that being said, i feel it's my duty to support the store in these tough times. and lucky for me they aren't making it hard. I visited the Eaton Centre store this past week to purchase a birthday present (note: they have great men's lightweight summer polos WITH pockets) and naturally picked up a little present for myself. I'm obsessed with my new ruffled sandals and also have my eye on a giant summer bag roughly the size of my upper body.

and now this news from teenvogue.com that Alexander Wang is going to be this years GAP/CFDA collaboration - a khaki collection out June 16th! WEEEEEEE! One more reason to be happy on this bright and sunny day.
