(love): more good news from The Gap

speaking of Gap denim:

after taking a look at the stack of jeans threatening to topple my (poorly constructed Ikea) wardrobe, i realize that there are two brands that remain my favourite and most reliable: seven and the gap. other brands come and go, but they're still on the top of the pile.

so i'm clearly THRILLED that the gap has recently hired Rosella Giuliani, former VP of design and merchandising at Seven to become the new creative director for 1969 Jeans. my mom recently visited their new dedicated 1969 store in Chicago and assures me that there are exciting things to come from this rejuvenated line.

time to buy a new wardrobe!
